You could be an associate assistant or you could be an executive depending on your qualifications. However, you must know all the basics of accounting and HR. You must handle all accounting matters independently including A/P, A/R, payroll, bookkeeping, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and filings, reporting to lenders, tenants, and other groups and you must expect to do so for more than one company. You must stay on top of the financial matters in addition to handling the HR roles. As an HR person, you will be hiring, firing and managing people and if you love your roles, you will enjoy it every day.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors/Masters in Accounting
Minimum of 3-5 Years of Experience in Accounting and HR.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Work Cross-Functionally
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Highly Motivated Self-Starter
Proficient in Quickbooks Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
