Anyone from an engineer to an administrator or an MBA would enjoy this position. In this role, you will handle many confidential matters, work with the team and the CEO, and execute the day to day tasks of business administration. You will coordinate with various agencies, leaders in the organization, and help expand the company. You will be expected to support the marketing and sales team, lenders, legal team, accounting team, the procurement team, and the construction team. Your roles will grow and expand based on the talents you bring to the table. You must have adequate background knowledge of real estate, industrial production, and construction coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 Years as Business Admin/Engineering Assistant
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Work Cross-Functionally
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Highly Motivated Self-Starter
Proficient in Quickbooks Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Proficient in Business Analysis
